Fashion Tips from our new fashion blogger
(Black PR Wire) Valentine’s Day is a day for couples to be obnoxiously adorable and for singles to unite and hit the town. It’s a day filled with love, chocolates, and omg what am I going to wear? This year, let that be the least of your worries. Here are three date ideas and outfits to match:
1. Can You Stand the Heat in the Kitchen?
Spend quality time together cooking a delicious 3 course meal at a local cooking class! Sur la table, for instance offers a couple classes a day and has separate Valentine’s menus. It’s a perfect date for those who want to get out the house, but still casual. Pull out your favorite pair of jeans and a cute, yet cozy sweater that’s easy to roll up and get dirty in the kitchen. In the Valentine’s spirit, add a pop of red with your accessories- tassels are the hottest trending earrings right now, and a bold statement ring to remind him as you’re cooking you’re totally wifey material. You can end your night catching a movie, my suggestion- Fifty Shades Freed, that should keep the heat up!

2. Make ‘Em Blush
This is for all my single ladies! Perfect outfit for a night out with your girls. Blush is my favorite color this spring. The best part about this light pink/nude color- it goes with everything! Mix and match your clothes and accessories, and blush looks good on practically every skin tone. Show off your shape with a sexy, yet classy,A-linepencil skirt, give us a little skin with a flirty fringe top, and rose gold metallic heels that says “I’m ready to party!”

3. Paint the Town Red, Literally
Stand out in this classic red velvet dress! Imagine the look on his face when he sees you in this dress the moment you take off your coat, he won’t be able to keep his eyes (or hands) off you! Since red is your focal point, accessorizing with black can be a little too harsh; soften the look with beige/nude and pearls. To elongate your body wearing a midi dress, keep the shoes open-toed and strappy. After dinner, enjoy the rest of the night at a paint and wine class. Don’t worry, I can’t paint either, luckily there’s an instructor taking you through each step of the way. Some of my favorite spots are Painting with a Twist, Paint Nite, and Pinot’s Palette. Drink and have fun, you can even get a little competitive!
