(BPRW) Successful author, writer and radio producer launches second book

Akie Davis releases If These Walls Could Talk, now available at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and autographed copies directly from the author

(Black PR Wire) Houston, TX – If These Walls Could Talk that features four characters. Raheim and Monica had been having problems from excessive stalking to discussing raising a family but she’d go and abort his babies.

These are but a few of the sizzling statements shared in the book of this transformational writer, author, and radio personality, Akie F. Davis.

The book, entitled If These Walls Could Talk, shares a poignant look at Renaldo’s life turned good overnight. Heck, it was better than good; it became great. One day he was hanging with Raheim and Terrell writing their hip-hop lives into a novel and the next his book went best-seller.  He found himself autographing books and being interviewed on radio and TV. To top it off,  he was spending every free minute loving Keisha. Oh, how he loved that sweet, sassy woman. He wanted her night and day and spent every cent he made spoiling her. The more he gave, the more she wanted and the more things started to twist and turn.

The book is available online at Amazon.com and Barnes&Noble, or directly from Author for $13.95. The author is also available for speaking engagements and will provide signed copies for purchases of 15 books or more.

“I was inspired to pen this book to uplift the positive men in the world” - Akie Davis.

A proud father of an 18-year college student, radio personality, and owner of his own brand, Davis has been able to succeed on multiple levels and in various fields.  His recent book release continues to set the pace for great success and through it, he hopes to expand his role and fulfil his desire to also serve as a film writer/producer.

About Akie Davis

A native of Houston, Texas, Davis attended Sam Houston State University where he majored in Psychology with a minor in Business Administration. He was inspired to write his first book, Black Man's Version to Exhale, because he wanted to dispel the misconceptions and negative stigma about Black men in relationships, sharing that Black women are to be held accountable for what they bring to the table too.  "It takes two to make a relationship work. Society rarely talks about the positive God-fearing brothers who are trying to make a relationship work, and who are victimized by greed and other stifling characteristics."

Davis is also a producer for the Houston Access Channel, and is an assistant producer for "H-Town" dance party that airs in Houston each Saturday afternoon. His own local TV show is due out later this year.
