(Black PR Wire) MIAMI - U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Regional Administrator Ashley D. Bell will deliver the keynote address at the 2018 Black Professionals Summit on Friday, September 28.
This will be Bell’s first time speaking at the summit since his appointment by the White House in to this position in February 2018.
As SBA’s Southeast Region IV Administrator, Bell is responsible for nine districts located in the eight Southeastern States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. Regional Administrator Bell has oversight of over $5 billion in SBA-backed lending in the region, the counseling arm of the SBA, which counseled over 225,000 entrepreneurs last year in the Southeast, and the contracting programs for small business, which account for over 23% of all federal contracts awarded.
