(Black PR Wire) Join the Smithsonian’s National Museum of African American History and Culture (NMAAHC) and the National Air and Space Museum (NASM) in a live discussion with Victor Glover from the International Space Station (ISS). During the program, we’ll ask him questions submitted by students about the mission, his work in space, and his career.
Glover is participating in ISS’s Expedition 64 with fellow NASA astronauts Mike Hopkins, Kate Rubins, and Shannon Walker; Japan’s Aerospace Exploration Agency astronaut Soichi Noguchi; and Russia’s Roscosmos State Corporation for Space Activities astronauts Sergey Kud-Sverchkov and Sergey Ryzhikov. The team will live aboard the ISS for several months, completing science experiments and spacewalks and providing maintenance to the space station.
This program is part of a larger initiative between NMAAHC and NASM to document Victor Glover’s historic trip to the ISS.
