(BPRW) Funeral Services for Dr. Robert Lee Billingslea Cancelled

(Black PR Wire) Due to the impending arrival of Hurricane Irma forecast to make landfall in Florida this weekend, funeral plans for Robert Billingslea have been cancelled. A memorial service for Robert Billingslea will be announced at a later time.
