Traditional & Contemporary Gospel Music Broadcast from the Florida Keys to the Palm Beaches

(Black PR Wire) Miami, FL – On June 13, 2016, the radio airwaves received a spirited uplifting with the debut of “Everyday Praise with Darin Woods” gospel music program on WHIM 1080 AM radio hosted by the musically talented and entertaining host, Darin Woods. The show airs Monday through Friday from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Also, starting in September, the show will expand its programming and launch “Everyday Praise Sundays”, which will air every Sunday from 6am – 6pm, with gospel promoter Rickey Derae and gospel radio announcer and television show host Lynn Brown as on air personalities.

The show is a powered by Salem Media Group of Miami, created and produced by Lightbulb Media, LLC under the leadership of husband and wife team, Darin and Donna Woods, - with the help and resourcefulness of talented radio veterans as key components. With the limited selections of continuous gospel radio in the South Florida area, it was Darin’s vision to deliver the finest in traditional and urban contemporary gospel music to a diverse targeted audience from the Florida Keys to the Palm Beaches. Darin Woods is a pioneer in the entertainment world with over 30 years of gospel music ministry. He was born destined to be a singer and musician and at the young age of 5 years old, he was singing gospel songs as a member of the gospel recording group, “The Woods”, (formerly known as the “Hollywood Stars”). He is a consummate and gifted singer, song writer, producer and musician. Darin is a fervent and accomplished guitar and keyboard musician. His love for radio was kindled several years ago which led him to volunteer as a guest gospel radio personality on WEDR, 99 JAMZ Radio for the Sunday morning program entitled, “Inspirationally Yours”. His faith, love for radio and community development have transitioned him quite comfortably to the position of producer and host of this new gospel radio show called “Everyday Praise with Darin Woods”. “Darin is an inspiration to many and has a heart for Jesus, his family and the community.
