- Launches the "WE KNOW" Campaign and to host special events and activities -
(BLACK PR WIRE) – Miami, FL – In recognition of National Health Center Week – which takes place from August 10 – 16, 2014 - the Jessie Trice Community Health Center (JTCHC) will officially launch their “WE KNOW” brand campaign, and have developed a series of special community events and activities that will serve to showcase the organization in an exciting and effective way.
“National Health Center Week is designed to commemorate the importance of Health Centers,” says Annie R. Neasman, RN, MS, President and CEO of the Jessie Trice Community Health Center. “In addition, it provides supporters with an opportunity to speak out for their health center; and the people and communities who rely on its services for healthy and productive lives. We are delighted to serve and provide quality and affordable health care to our communities throughout South Florida.”
Federal Qualified Health Centers improve access to care for millions of Americans each year. Traditionally located in areas where care is needed but scarce, these health centers make it possible for residents to receive quality care - regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay.
During the recognition of the National Health Center Week, JTCHC will launch the “WE KNOW” campaign. This new and innovative campaign is designed to inform the South Florida community of the myriad of health services provided by the organization. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, and having served Miami-Dade County since 1967, JTCHC’s mission is to provide comprehensive primary health care services by increasing access and improving the quality of life of our diverse South Florida community. A community mainstay, JTCHC owns and operates thirty-two (32) facilities, including eight (8) Comprehensive Primary Care centers, twenty-three (23) school-based/university centers, and other medical facilities. JTCHC’s multicultural, multilingual, and multidisciplinary staff services a diverse population of 30,000 patients who make more than 130,000 visits annually. The “WE KNOW” campaign highlights the vast health specialties and services offered by Jessie Trice Community Health Centers.
