(BLACK PR WIRE) – Ronaye Charise is an emerging talent to watch for as a model, actress, spokesperson and a woman of faith. Black PR Wire is excited to shine the spotlight on this young woman, who most recently was one of the four “Dove Girls” to hold the honor of presenting the trophy at the 43rd annual Dove Awards on April 19th, 2012 at the Fox Theatre. “It was such an honor to be able to participate in the Dove Awards, along with the other lovely young ladies selected to be this year's Dove Girls,” says Charise. “As award presenters, we had the awesome privilege of standing alongside many noted Christian, Inspirational and Country Gospel artists. It was certainly a night I’ll always remember.”
Previously, Charise earned a Master of Science degree in Adult and Technical Education from Marshall University, and has a Bachelor of Fine Art with a concentration in Graphic Design, which she plans on utilizing for future business opportunities. “I am working towards creating a fine art and design company. I'd like to be known as the company that works outside the box!” she says.
Charise has taken acting roles in films such as Tyler Perry's Madea's Family Reunion, Charles and Kat, and Stomp the Yard II. She has also performed fashion runway modeling for Hautelanta Fashion Week and many others, and plans to expand her portfolio in the industry. “I am looking to do catalogue work in the future. This spring, I'm in preparation to do a shoot for the House of Van Miller,” she says. Additionally, Charise will begin her tenure as a spokesperson for Family Life Insurance Group, where she will perform in advertising and promotional work.
Even while maneuvering a busy schedule, faith remains a major part of Charise’s life and she integrates her faith with her public image. “I am the announcer for the Crossroads for Life Ministries television show, which is broadcast throughout middle Georgia and Florida. Crossroads is my home church and I am also editor in chief of The Conductor Magazine, our online publication. Also, I will be promoting a short story which I have authored, entitled Cleansed from Leprosy. This story is about my sixteen-year-long personal battle with a serious skin disorder. I saw parallels between my skin problem and biblical leprosy, and discovered the Bible-based process to healing both conditions.”
Ronaye Charise makes her home in Atlanta, Georgia, along with her husband Bron Horton, a life insurance agent. To contact her for professional opportunities, email her at ronayec@theamragency.com or follow her on Twitter at http://twitter.com/#!/ronaye.
