(BLACK PR WIRE) ( July 29, 2010) MIAMI – The royal court made a grand entrance! The “Fit for a Queen” empowerment seminar, hosted by Women Grow Strong, Inc., was a resounding success. The three-hour session, held Saturday, July 24, provided useful tools and information on topics ranging from fitness and finance to fashion, food and more.
“From hands-on learning with top-notch experts, to a fashion show with flava and style, we were on a whirlwind for today’s busy woman on-the-go,” says Bernadette Morris, founder of Women Grow Strong. “It was all about empowering women to be their best, and we were blessed by their presence.”

With capacity to the max, the “Fit for a Queen” seminar provided a sold-out audience with valuable news and information and had sprinklings of fun and excitement as well. “We gave away gift cards to Macy’s, Sears, JC Penney and The Gap,” says Morris. “One proud royal guest received a Nine West “Power Suite” following the fashion show.” The event was full of girl power, bling and surprises.

Twin chefs, Jose and Luis Mojica, who provided helpful tips on preparing healthy and affordable meals, said that “their classes were filled with women eager to learn and grow. This made it exciting to teach and help them develop meals that they would love to eat.”
Royal vendors, which included Children’s Book Author Jacqueline Chambliss, shared that the women were excited to be a part of such an awesome experience. From attorneys and school teachers to housewives, the unemployed and recent graduates, the Fit for a Queen seminar provided something fun and exciting for everyone.

Women Grow Strong, Inc. is a 501 c(3) not-for-profit corporation owned and operated by Bernadette Morris. Morris is also the owner of Sonshine Communications and Black PR Wire, Inc./Black Digital Network, all headquartered in Miami, Florida.
The overall goal of Women Grow Strong, Inc. is to help develop, build and sustain women’s contributions and goals in society through educational training, counseling and business development initiatives for both teens and adults.
