Collectively, these individuals bring more than 35 years of experience in quantitative research, portfolio trading and sector coverage.

Mr. Dottin joins CastleOak Securities as a Managing Director and Chief Investment Strategist for the Equity Capital Markets division. Previously, Mr. Dottin launched and led the U.S. Quantitative Equity Strategy Research Team at J.P. Morgan. The group focused on creating alpha strategies and portfolio construction for large institutional clients. The investment ideas generated from his group were highlighted in financial media outlets such as CNBC and Bloomberg Television.
Prior to assuming this role, Mr. Dottin was a member of an Institutional Investor All-Star equity strategy team, which was widely recognized for being among the first on Wall Street to forecast the 2000 market decline. Mr. Dottin earned a bachelors degree in Economics at the University of Massachusetts with Phi Beta Kappa distinction.
Ronald Dottins extensive background in equity strategy and quantitative research will enable our equity team to provide value added content that suits our clients investment needs. Mr. Doo joins CastleOak as a Managing Director and will focus on the development of portfolio and index trading. Prior to joining CastleOak, he ran the index arbitrage proprietary trading desk at Nomura Securities. Mr. Doo earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an MBA from The Stern School of Business at New York University.
Mr. Walker joins CastleOak as Director and will focus on the expansion of the firm�s agency trading business. Previously, he was a senior trader at Banc of America Securities and Citigroup. Mr. Walker earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Eisenberg School of Management.
