International Black Women's History Month
honors the cultural influence of Black women across the globe. In spite of navigating systemic barriers, Black women's leadership speaks to everyone striving to overcome challenges, as well as to those who continue to break barriers and challenge societal norms. Many of the advancements we now consider part of everyday life are the result of the courage of Black women worldwide, who have faced and continue to face gender inequity and discrimination while working tirelessly to overcome it.
